Research Interests:
Ms. Miller is Assistant Director of the Delaware Biotechnology Institute, with responsibilities in grants strategy and development, education and outreach programs and evaluation.

She has extensive experience designing and managing education programs funded through local, federal and international sources. Her teaching and program management responsibilities for the University of Delaware have involved assignments in Eastern Europe, West Africa, and Asia.

Ms. Miller has also worked closely with state government, and serves concurrently as Co-Director of the State’s International Council of Delaware.
