INBRE Annual Reports due
Every February Delaware INBRE submits a comprehensive annual report to NIH NCRR.  Each INBRE-funded investigator is required to submit a summary report of progress in research activity, including:

January 15-18, 2007
INBRE Evaluation Visit – AAAS
INBRE hosts bi-annual program evaluation meetings conducted by AAAS and a panel of 3-4 national reviewers.  The first AAAS visit was in January 2004, the next such visit is scheduled for January 15-18, 2007 followed by the third visit in early 2009.  These evaluation visits will include interviews with institutional leadership, with INBRE supported faculty, and students, and with mentors.

1st Biennial National IDeA Symposium of Biomedical Research Excellence (NISBRE)
Washington, DC – July 20-22, 2006

 
NIH Director, Dr. Elias Zerhouni addresses over 800 attendees at the 1st Annual NISBRE Conference in Washington, DC   Over 30 Delaware faculty and students from UD, DBI, DSU, Wesley, Christiana Care and Nemours presented work conducted under the Delaware INBRE and four COBRE programs.
