Steering Committee

The INBRE Steering Committee is chaired by Dr. David Weir, the PI of the Program and is constituted of Provost-level members from each of the partner institutions. The Committee coordinates and guides INBRE activities within and among the partner institutions and establishes policies and operational procedures as appropriate. In addition, the Steering Committee, based on input by the Research Committee, will monitor progress of the research programs and, in collaboration with the External Advisory Committee and Research Committee, selects the research proposals that will be funded in Years 3. 

The Steering Committee met quarterly during the first year of the INBRE and meets at least twice annually in the following years.
