Research Overview:

Dr. Curran has been a faculty member at Wesley College since the fall of 2000. Her primary teaching responsibilities include Ecology, Introductory Biology for non-majors, and an Entomology course for non-majors. Dr. Curran’s primary research interest is in the ecology of Ixodes scapularis, the vector for such diseases as Lyme borreliosis, Babesiosis, and Human Granulocytic Anaplasmosis. Outside interests include gardening, watercolor painting and travel.
