I specialize in transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and related sample preparation techniques for biological samples including ultrathin sectioning, negative staining, immunogold labeling, conventional sample processing, and high pressure freezing and freeze substitution. I can collect, align, and reconstruct 3-D data sets at nanometer resolution using electron tomography and also complete elemental analysis using the in-column energy filter on the Zeiss Libra 120 TEM.
