What are the advantages to use fermentor for large scale protein expression?
Our BioFlo 4500 fermentor can supplement oxygen and optimize the pH value of growth media. These capabilities can drastically increase the biomass as well as expression yield. The expressed recombinant protein could be obtained with higher yield comparing with the one from the shaker flask.
