Request for use of Shared Instrument Spaces at 15 Innovation and Biopharm buildings

During Phase 3 return to research, occupancy is restricted to 1 person per 125 sq. ft.  Taking that into consideration, shared instrument spaces will be limited per posted signage until further notice.  In order to gain access, common equipment room use must be scheduled. Check the calendar for the room you wish to reserve (links below or here) and then request a reservation via a google form or by emailing events@dbi.udel.eduTo ensure our admins have enough time to approve requests, we are asking that all requests be made at least 1 hour prior to your preferred appointment times.  Your appointment date/time needs to be approved.  Do not assume your request is approved until you have received a calendar invite for your appointment from TracyRoula, or Kris.   A detailed list of shared instrumentation and their locations can be found at the following link:

By using shared instrument spaces you agree to the following:

  • You have been approved to come to UD for phase 0-3 research
  • You have completed your daily home health screen 
  • You have read and agree to follow all workplace guidelines set forth by the University of Delaware:

  • You acknowledge that you have reviewed the calendar for the space you want to use and will use your appointment per the time requested.  If you need to cancel your reservation, please contact
  • You will use the 70% isopropyl alcohol and paper towels provided in the space to clean work surfaces before and after use.
  • You will use the 70% isopropyl alcohol and paper towels provided to clean door handles/light switches before and after room use.
